- Windows were replaced
- Rebuilding of a few walls and openings due to extensive wood rot
- All new real wood trim and rosettas on windows (used to be MDF)
- New NuCore Performance Luxury vinyl and new carpet in 2 bedrooms and hallway
- New baseboards and plynths in all rooms, and new wainscoting in the master bedroom
- Fresh new paint on all walls, ceilings and trim
Remodel of the bathroom: removed jet tub and installed Onyx shower system and glass door. Aspect cabinets on the vanity and wall cabinets, and for the final touch, a lighted mirror.
