Our bathroom project started with JT coming to our home to explore options and develop a game plan. As the project progressed he communicated adjustments when needed in a clear and personable manner, without pressuring us on the decision. Our bathrooms turned out exactly as we had hoped and we couldn’t be happier with the process and with the result. Shortly after completion we noticed some water damage from a defective part. JT went out of his way to replace the part and repair the damage with out hesitation. 4 Seasons Midwest will be our first call on our next project!
